Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how wallet credits, payment reversals and service transaction refunds are handled on Pay2Fast.
1. Add Fund / Wallet Payments
A successful wallet add-fund transaction is normally treated as a wallet credit and is not automatically refundable to the original payment method. If a payment was debited from your bank/account but the wallet was not credited, submit the payment reference/UTR and transaction details for verification.
2. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Duplicate payments or payments made with an incorrect reference should be reported promptly. Any adjustment is subject to verification of the payment and account records.
3. Refunds Issued Only For
Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same order.
4. Refund Request Process
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Failed Recharge
Where a recharge request is charged from the wallet and the configured provider confirms the transaction as failed, the applicable recharge amount may be refunded to the wallet according to the platform transaction logic.
6. Pending Transactions
Pending transactions are not treated as failed solely because they take time to complete. The transaction may remain pending until provider confirmation or an authorized status update is received.
7. Successful Recharge
Once a recharge is confirmed successful and the service has been delivered, a wallet refund is generally not available merely because the customer changes their mind. Provider-specific disputes may require provider review.
8. Fraud & Unauthorized Activity
Refund or adjustment requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized use or manipulated payment evidence may be held for investigation.
9. How to Request Assistance
Provide the relevant order/transaction ID, amount, date/time and payment reference/UTR through the support or complaint facility. Do not share OTPs, passwords or MPINs.
